St Vincent forex brokers given until March 10 2023 to show licence

by | Feb 10, 2023 | Blog, Incorporation, Licence

The FSA of St Vincent and the Grenadines is asking existing forex brokers registered with the jurisdiction to produce a certified copy of the forex licences where the entity operates. The details were disclosed to registered agents via a Notice: Requirements for Business Companies (BCs) and Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) engaging in Forex Business Activity”

The regulator mentioned in their statement that “Failure to adhere to these requirements will result in the application of sanctions against the companies in accordance with the Financial Services Authority Act”.

If you are going through this dilemma of where to register your forex company or attain your licence as a forex broker, or looking for an alternative platform to MT4 or MT5 as Metaquotes has cancelled your software licences, feel free to reach out to us. Will be glad to offer you alternative solutions.
